Rachel

Therapist

I help clients develop self-awareness, build resilience, and cultivate a deeper sense of purpose.

Hi my name is Rachel and I am a Masters Level Clinician at Walden University, studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling as I prepare to attain my license as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Under the supervision of Erica Cleveland, l am dedicated to creating an empathetic and welcoming environment that will allow my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.

Originally from Utah, I earned my Bachelor of Science degree at Utah State University in 2009. After my studies, I worked as a health and fitness coach in a workplace wellness organization. In this role, I recognized my ability to connect with clients and my passion for every area of wellness. I take a holistic approach to wellness, recognizing that mental health is interconnected with physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. By addressing the whole person, I help clients develop self-awareness, build resilience, and cultivate a deeper sense of purpose.

I have a passion for working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. I partner with clients through compassionate listening and genuine empathy to co-create treatment plans that foster growth and healing.

When not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my two children and my French bulldog, Miss Piggy. I love the outdoors and spend as much time in nature as the hot Texas weather allows me.
