Counselor & equine-assisted learning instructor

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern at Walden University. As a dedicated Master's student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I am committed to fostering positive change in the lives of individuals through a holistic approach to mental well-being. I am also an equine-assisted learning instructor at a local therapeutic horsemanship facility. This unique endeavor allows me to engage with diverse populations, utilizing the restorative power of equine interactions to promote personal growth and emotional healing. I have experience working with multiple populations, including veterans, adjudicated youth, and individuals with disabilities. My passion for helping people heal with and without horses has always been strong, with hopes of significantly impacting the community's adults, teens, and children. My goal is to foster a tranquil space where you are safe to share who you are and to facilitate the change you hope to see in yourself.
